It all begins with research. Without research, we wouldn’t know where we are starting and wouldn’t know what could change. In my senior year at SIU, I took a research course in which our final was a self-conducted scientific research paper and presentation on a topic of our choosing. As a student, at the time, looking for both part-time and full-time jobs, I decided to take a look at how social media was influencing to job application process.
